GHZ by Sencotel – Slush / Cocktail / Daiquiri Machines

A highly versatile, compact machine designed to make and serve slush, sherbet and cold drinks. It affords excellent production output thanks to its 12 litre capacity bowl, which can be removed simply without the aid of tool for quick and easy cleaning.

Also available is the FAST FREEZE version, whose enhanced refrigeration system cuts down on product preparation times considerably, making this the ideal model for premises whose fast turnover in sale of slush, sherbet and other frozen drinks requires the performance of a quick and efficient machine.

The machine is equipped with an innovative electronic thermostat with a digital display, that it indicates the temperature of the beverages. The solution is in compliance with the new regulations for drinks conservation.

The new GSE models are available in 3 different versions with 1, 2 and 3 bowls. They have been designed to satisfy the needs of the operators who want to prepare and serve, with a single machine, natural sherbet, fresh granita and other cold drinks.

Granismart represents the pinnacle of GBG patented technology and design. The world’s smallest professional slush machine, it is the ideal equipment for limited space or law slush, sherbet or cold drink consumption.

Practical and compact (up to 30% smaller than standard slush machine), it is also professional and attractive at the same time. Granismart is the ideal machine for making new frozen beverage, like frozen coffee and frozen cappuccino and desserts, whose dairy fat content means frequent preparation in order to maintain their natural characteristics of freshness.

Available in two versions (12- or 25-litre capacity), the new Cold Drink dispensers have been designed to refrigerate and dispense all kinds of beverage, from tea and coffee to milk and natural juices. They feature a special spigot for serving thick natural fruit juices high in pulp content, too.

DRINK COOLER POST-MIX PM4

1. TECHNICAL DATAS:

• 4 flavours, 4 push buttons for the product, 4 mixing cones.

CH Hot Drinks Machines by Sencotel

CH hot chocolate machines have been designed to heat and mix any kind of drink (tea, coffee, milk, mulled wine, etc.) and chocolate in a special way that ensures its smoothness and thickness.

The machines prepare the hot chocolate simply and effortlessly using the professional “bain-marie” method, making for an excellent result and saving time into the bargain.
